Cleveland March for Trans Justice [GALLERY]

Across the state, trans people and their allies organizers a March for Trans Justice in more than eight Ohio cities — including Cleveland.

On July 16 — after a particularly brutal year for transgender Ohioans — LGBTQ+ people and their allies rallied in support of transgender people across the state.

The March for Trans Justice appears to be the first coordinated demonstration in the state demanding justice for transgender people, including access to gender affirming healthcare.

In downtown Cleveland, protestors led by TransOhio organizers gathered near the Free Stamp at Willard Park.
