LGBTQ+ and ally families come together for Eastside Pride Picnic [GALLERY]

More than 800 people showed up at Saint Timothy’s Episcopal Church for a Cincinnati-area event that came together in only 30 days.

On June 2, LGBTQ+ and ally families came together to celebrate the inaugural Eastside Pride Picnic, a family-friendly event for the eastern suburbs of Cincinnati.

More than 800 people showed up at Saint Timothy’s Episcopal Church for an event that came together in only 30 days.

Organizers called the event “a love letter to our community,” demonstrating the values of inclusion and belonging that they say represent the majority of their community.

“As Eastside residents, we aspire to be –  and believe we are – a place where love wins,” said Natalie Hastings.
