‘Say Gay Dance Night’ brings LGBTQ+ nightlife option to Athens

The dance nights, hosted by DJ Mooseknuckle at Casa Nueva, offer an LGBTQ+ dance party for community members and students.

Over 100 people attended Equitas Health’s first annual Gender-Affirming Fall Fest in Athens on November 11.

Their goal was to shut down LGBTQ+ Pride displays. Instead, they prompted an LGBTQ+-supportive crowd to turn out in full force.
