Though COVID-19 has disrupted concert plans for months, LGBTQ+ choruses across Ohio have found ways entertain audiences, keep their members bonded, and supply our community with much-needed notes of joy and positivity. Dr. Ken Schneck (he/him) is the editor of The Buckeye Flame, Ohio’s LGBTQ+ newsroom. For this work, he was honored with the Sarah Pettit Memorial Award for National LGBTQ+ Journalist of the Year.
