Youngstown LGBTQ+ listening event: Join us on April 2 to share LGBTQ+ story ideas
The Buckeye Flame will host “Ohio is So Gay: Past, Present & Future” at Westside Bowl
Come join The Buckeye Flame at Westside Bowl (2617 Mahoning Ave.) in Youngstown on Thursday, April 2, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm for an informational event followed by an opportunity to share story ideas with the staff of Ohio’s only LGBTQ+ newsroom.

The highly interactive “Ohio is So Gay: Past, Present & Future” workshop will test attendees’ knowledge of the past 50 years of Ohio’s LGBTQ+ activism, keep you in the know about all of the LGBTQ+ legislation on the table in Ohio right now and share some media literacy tips you need to know for the future.
