The Ohio House of Representatives will hear testimony Wednesday about HB 68, a bill that would ban gender-affirming healthcare for youth in Ohio.
Let’s be clear: HB 68 is no laughing matter. This law would have devastating consequences to Ohio’s trans youth and their families.
These hearings can be extraordinarily difficult to watch, but also quite a bit like Groundhog’s Day. We have heard a lot of the same arguments and sound bites about these types of bills, over and over again.
So to help get us through the experience and to get more Ohioans engaged in watching these hearings, we have created the HB 68 BINGO Card. Here’s how it works:
- Watch the Public Health Policy committee hearing on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. on The Oho Channel. HB 68 is currently the third bill on the agenda.
