Kim Burroughs (she/her)

Kim Burroughs graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2016. Kim is currently a member of the law firm Cooper Elliott, where she represents people seeking justice after enduring catastrophic personal injuries, workplace discrimination, and other civil rights abuses. Before joining Cooper Elliott, Kim prosecuted felonies at the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office, represented indigent criminal defendants at the Ohio Public Defender’s Office, assisted Delaware County Common Pleas Judge James P. Schuck as judicial staff attorney, and led the Columbus office of Equality Ohio’s free LGBTQ+ legal clinic. Through this broad experience, Kim has learned that storytelling is a powerful way to change hearts and minds. In her free time, Kim convinces her wife and friends to join her in one of her many rotating hobbies, including tabletop board games, Legos, woodworking, 3D printing, home improvement projects, and photography. Who knows what might come next?
