Audio This News is So Gay (8/19/26): Questioning Whether Video Content is Now a “Must” in Queer Journalism

Featuring: Jake Wittich (The Windy City Times) and Jason Villemez (Philadelphia Gay News)

Here’s what we’re covering on this week’s brand new episode of This News is So Gay:

  • Adding video content to our queer journalism. Do we have to? What are we missing if we don’t?
  • Gay gatherings. There have been some significant conclaves of LGBTQ+ folks that we are going to tell you all about.
  • There are yet again some people you might not know, but soon will in our latest round of, “Who the heck is that?”
  • And, of course, queer joy. Where is our roundtable finding queer joy in the news right now?
